The Oracle Magazine Vol. 11, #4 (July/August 1952)
Availability: 1
"The Oracle" was the official bi-monthly publication of the "International Brotherhood of Ventriloquists".
This one-of-a-kind special issue of The Oracle as edited by C. O. Montgomery and published by W.S. Berger features news and coverage of the 1952 International Brotherhood of Ventriloquists' Convention on the cover. This issue also has the usual columns (Roy Douglas, Bobby Clark, Great Lester, Joe Egger, W.S. Berger, Maurice Hurling, etc.), articles, ads, etc.
This special convention issue is the ONLY issue of "The Oracle" ever printed in tabloid fashion. It measures 11-3/4"H x 16"W and opens up to double that width. This special issue is RARE.... I've seen only three or four of them over many, many years of collecting.
4pp, tabloid newspaper size.
This RARE magazine is in VERY FINE condition with the only condition issue being minor edge splits at some seams.
Comes in an archival mylar sleeve with acid-free backboard.
$20.00
